Chelpis Quantum

Chelpis Quantum Corp is a Taiwanese cybersecurity company founded on May 2, 2017, specializing in post-quantum cryptographic technology and quantum-safe solutions. Founded by members from the cryptography laboratory of National Taiwan University, Chelpis' cryptographic systems have captured multiple global NIST post-quantum cryptographic standards, demonstrating world-class expertise. Based in Taipei's Zhongshan District, the company provides zero trust architecture, network defense, quantum migration services, and blockchain security applications to prepare organizations for the post-quantum cryptography era. In August 2023, Chelpis established the Quantum Safe Migration Center (QSMC) in Taiwan to advance PQC research and practical applications. In April 2022, the company secured $2 million USD in funding for cryptographic solutions development. Chelpis collaborates internationally, including Dutch-Taiwanese partnerships to secure the future of digital security. As quantum computers threaten current encryption standards, Chelpis Quantum positions Taiwan as a leader in post-quantum cryptography solutions protecting sensitive data and communications infrastructure.
