Quantum Delta NL is the Netherlands' national quantum technology program established in 2020 as a public-private partnership that coordinates quantum research, development, and commercialization across the country, bringing together leading research institutions including QuTech, universities, and quantum technology companies to advance the Netherlands' position as a global quantum technology hub, providing funding, infrastructure, and coordination for quantum computing, quantum internet, quantum sensing, and quantum software initiatives while fostering collaboration between academia and industry to accelerate quantum technology development and create a thriving Dutch quantum ecosystem.
